Hydrology plat shows several nearby ditches and wet areas, most of which are dry for most of the year. Becasue of well location in vicinity of river there are several low spots in near proximity that can accumulate water during summer months. However, Noble plans on operations taking place between 11/15-2/15 while the ground is frozen and there is little surface water. Equipment will exist of two wells (proposed Lorenz PC F22-33D and existing Enzup 21-41), two three-phase flowlines, and two gas pipelines, multi-well plan attached. The reference area is on undisturbed ground immediately adjacent to and South of the location as shown in the location photo facing South. Facilities to be located approx. 515' E of well location, doc #400133319. 400133298 400133298 FORM 2A SUBMITTED 400133298.pdf 400133298 400133310 ACCESS ROAD MAP Access Road Map.pdf 1745765 400133298 400133311 PROPOSED BMPs BMP.pdf 597251 400133298 400133312 HYDROLOGY MAP Hydrology Map.pdf 1385529 400133298 400133313 LOCATION DRAWING Location Drawing.pdf 532948 400133298 400133314 LOCATION PICTURES Location Photos.pdf 2245174 400133298 400133315 MULTI-WELL PLAN Multi-Well Plan.pdf 628753 400133298 400133316 REFERENCE AREA PICTURES Reference Photo.pdf 969631 400133298 400133317 NRCS MAP UNIT DESC Soils.pdf 351320 400133298 400133295 02 Lorenz PC F22-33D 75262cef-0e47-4bc5-a9ff-225e16c96f30 400133298 5 General Housekeeping Housekeeping will consist of neat and orderly storage of materials and fluids. Wastes will be temporarily stored in sealed containers and regularly collected and disposed of at offsite, suitable facilities. If spills occur prompt cleanup is required to minimize any commingling of waste materials with stormwater runoff. Routine maintenance will be limited to fueling and lubrication of equipment. Drip pans will be used during routine fueling and maintenance to contain spills or leaks. Any waste product from maintenance will be containerized and transported offsite for disposal or recycling. There will be no major equipment overhauls conducted onsite. Equipment will be transported offsite for major overhauls. Cleanup of trash and discarded materials will be conducted at the end of each work day. Cleanup will consist of patrolling the roadway, access areas, and other work areas to pickup trash, scrap debris, other discarded materials, and any contaminated soil. These materials will be disposed of properly. 157f5740-ab8e-4cc3-a097-772d6ddaac16 400133298 5 Material Handling and Spill Prevention Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures (SPCC) plans are in place to address any possible spill associated with Oil & Gas operations throughout the state of Colorado in accordance with CFR 112. 0fd1188f-042e-4669-935a-9a528ebaa734 400133298 5 Storm Water/Erosion Control Stormwater management plans (SWMP) are in place to address construction, drilling and operations associated with Oil & Gas development throughout the state of Colorado in accordance with Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) General Permit No. COR-039527.
