The COGCC conducts a monthly "Industry Operations Meeting" with industry’s technical, operations, and regulatory staff to discuss issues or concerns regarding compliance expectations. The goal of these meetings is to facilitate compliance by enhancing communication and resolving issues quickly.
The Director or Staff of the COGCC conduct these meetings. While these meetings are not Commission hearings, they are open to the public. Commissioners may attend but the Commission will not make any decisions, issue any orders, or adopt any rules during these meetings.
