REPORT OF THE COMMISSION

This cause came on for hearing before the Commission on December 21, 1992 at 8:30 a.m., Room 101, 201 East Colfax Avenue, Denver, Colorado, after giving Notice of Hearing as required by law, to consider recommending to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission for final approval to the determination of well classification in accordance with the Rules and Regulations adopted to implement the Natural Gas Policy Act of l978.

FINDINGS

The Commission finds as follows:

1. Due notice of the time, place and purpose of the hearing has been given in all respects as required by law.

2. The Commission has jurisdiction over the subject matter embraced in said Notice, and of the parties interested therein, and jurisdiction to promulgate the hereinafter.

3. The determination of the classification of the wells producing natural gas listed in the following order was made by the Staff of the Commission and recommended to the Commission.

4. No protests were filed relating to any of the wells considered at the hearing.

ORDER

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that the determination of the classification for the following wells, as listed herein, are hereby recommended for final approval by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission:
