CAUSE NO. 89

 

ORDER NO. 89-5

 

REPORT OF THE COMMISSION

 

This cause came on for hearing before the Commission on February 20, 1962, in Room 132, State Services Building, Denver, Colorado, after publication of Notice of Hearing as required by law, on the Commission’s own motion to consider vacating all orders heretofore issued by the Commission in this cause.  No objection was presented at the hearing,

 

FINDINGS

 

The Commission finds as follows:

 

1.      That due notice of the time, place and purpose of the hearing has been given in all respects as required by law.

 

2.      That the Commission has jurisdiction over the subject matter embraced in said Notice, and of the parties interested therein, and jurisdiction to promulgate the hereinafter prescribed order.

 

3.      That at the present stage of depletion of the "J" sand reservoir of the Beall Creek Field, orders of the Commission promulgated to govern the operations of said reservoir are no longer necessary and should be vacated.

 

ORDER

 

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that all orders in Cause No, 89 of the Commission relating to operations of the "J" sand reservoir of the Beall Creek Field are hereby vacated, and operations in said area as previously defined shall hereafter be governed by the general rules and regulations of this Commission.
