REPORT OF THE COMMISSION

This cause came on for hearing before the Commission on November 18, 1985 at 9:00 a.m., in Room 110 State Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado, after giving Notice of Hearing as required by law, on the Commissions [sic] own motion to consider rescinding the orders in Cause No. 75.

FINDINGS

The Commission finds as follows:

1.      Due notice of the time, place and purpose of the hearing has been given in all respects as required by law.

2.      The Commission has jurisdiction over the subject matter embraced in said Notice, and of the parties interested therein, and jurisdiction to promulgate the hereinafter prescribed order.

Township 11 North, Range 44 West, 6th P.M.

Section 1:  All

Section 2:  E1/2

Township 12 North, Range 44 West, 6th P.M.

Section 34:  All

Section 26:  S1/2

Section 35:  All

Section 27:  S1/2

Section 36:  All

4.      Since all wells in the areas described above are plugged and abandoned and in order to promote future development, Order Nos. 75-1, 75-2, 75-3, 75-4 and 75-5 are no longer necessary and should be rescinded and the land described herein above made subject to the general rules and regulations of the Commission.

ORDER

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that Order Nos. 75-1, 75-2, 75-3, 75-4 and 75-5 in Cause No. 75 are hereby rescinded and the area described in Finding 3 herein shall henceforth be governed by the general rules and regulations of the Commission.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that the provisions contained in the above order shall become effective forthwith.

ENTERED this 10th day of December 1985, as of November 18, 1985.
