CAUSE NO. 74

 

ORDER NO. 74-2

 

REPORT OF THE COMMISSION

 

This cause came on for hearing before the Commission on December 10, 1959, at 10 a.m., in the Spruce Room of the Albany Hotel, Denver, Colorado, after publication of Notice of Hearing as required by law, on the Commission's own motion to consider extension of the Graylin-Northwest Field, Cause No. 25, to include the area known as the Graylin Field, Cause No 74.

FINDINGS

The Commission finds as follows:

1.      That due notice of the time, place and purpose of the hearing has been given in all respects as required by law.

2.      That the Commission has jurisdiction over the subject matter embraced in said Notice, and of the parties interested therein, and jurisdiction to promulgate the hereinafter prescribed order.

3.      That evidence presented at the hearing indicates that the area set forth in Order No, 74-1, Cause No. 74, and the area set forth in Order No. 25-4, Cause No. 25, should be consolidated into one field, and that the field limits for the Graylin-Northwest Field should be extended to include all of the area under consideration at said hearing, and that such area should henceforth be known as the Graylin-Northwest Field, Cause No. 25.

ORDER

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that Cause No. 74, Graylin, shall be and it hereby is consolidated with Cause No. 25, Graylin-Northwest.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that the Commission expressly reserves its right, after notice and hearing, to alter, amend or repeal any and/or all of the above order.
