ORDER NO. 59-4 (Emergency) |
REPORT OF THE COMMISSION
On the 21st day of February, 1956, the Commission issued its Order No. 59-3, Cause No. 59, Leader Field, Adams County, Colorado, which order extended the provisions of Order No. 59-2 for a period of three months, beginning March 8, 1956, and ending June 8, 1956, during which three-month period a gas injection plan was to be effectuated for the "J" sand reservoir of the Leader Field; however, to date the Commission has received no official notification that such a plan has been finalized. It is therefore necessary that the provisions of Order No. 59-3 remain in effect until a hearing is held in this matter.
FINDINGS
The Commission finds as follows:
1. That the Commission has jurisdiction to promulgate the hereinafter prescribed order.
2. That, in accordance with the provisions of Section 7 (3) of the Oil and Gas Conservation Act, an emergency exists requiring immediate action, and that its Order No. 59-3, heretofore issued on February 21, 1956, in the above entitled matter, should be extended fifteen (15) days, commencing June 8, 1956.
ORDER
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that the provisions of Order No. 59-3 be extended for a period of fifteen (15) days, and that this order shall become effective on June 8, 1956.
