ORDER NO. 41-6

 

REPORT OF THE COMMISSION

 

This cause came on for hearing before the Commission on February 18, 1969, at 10 a.m., in Conference Room 260, Columbine Building, 1845 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado, after publication of Notice of Hearing as required by law, on the Commission's own motion to consider the vacating of Order No. 41-1, in the Mount Hope-North Field.

 

FINDINGS

 

The Commission finds as follows:

 

1.      That due notice of the time, place and purpose of the hearings has been given in all respects as required by law.

 

2.      That the Commission has jurisdiction over the subject matter embraced in said Notice, and of the parties interested therein, and jurisdiction to promulgate the hereinafter prescribed order.

 

3.      Due to the present status of depletion of said Field, and in order to promote future development, Order No. 41-1 in Cause No. 41 is no longer necessary and should be vacated, and provisions of the Commission's general rules and regulations should prevail.

 

ORDER

 

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that Order No. 41-1 in Cause No. 41 is hereby vacated, and operations in the area known as the Mount Hope-North Field shall hereafter be governed by the general rules and regulations of this Commission.
