ORDER NO. 33-7

REPORT OF THE COMMISSION

This cause came on for hearing before the Commission on June 26, 1962, at 10 a.m., in Room 320E, State Capitol, Denver, Colorado, after publication of Notice of Hearing as required by law, on the Commission's own motion to consider vacating all orders heretofore issued by the Commission in this cause, and substituting in lieu thereof the provisions of the general rules and regulations of this Commission.

FINDINGS

The Commission finds as follows:

1.      That due notice of the time place and purpose of the hearing has been given in all respects as required by law.

2.      That the Commission has jurisdiction over the subject matter embraced in said Notice, and of the parties interested therein, and jurisdiction to promulgate the hereinafter prescribed order.

3.      That at the present stage of depletion of the "J" sand reservoir of the Adena-South Field, orders promulgated by the Commission in Cause No. 33 to govern operations of said reservoir are no longer necessary and should be vacated; provided, however, that the locations of all wells previously drilled in the Adena-South Field should be authorized locations.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that all orders issued by the Commission in Cause No. 33 which relate to operations of the "J" sand reservoir of the Adena-South field are hereby vacated, and operations in said area, as previously defined, shall hereafter be governed by the general rules and regulations of this Commission; provided, however, that the locations of all wells previously drilled in the Adena-South field shall be authorized locations.
