IN THE MATTER OF THE PROMULGATION AND ESTABLISHMENT OF FIELD RULES TO GOVERN OPERATIONS IN THE BROKEN BOW FIELD, CHEYENNE COUNTY, COLORADO Cause No. 320 Order No. 320-3

REPORT OF THE COMMISSION

This cause came on for hearing before the Commission on September 17, 1979 at 9:00 ~m., in Room 110, State Centennial Building, Denver, Colorado, after giving Notice of Hearing as required by law, on the application of H.F. Wilcox, for an order deleting certain lands from the spaced area of the Broken Bow Field, Cheyenne County, Colorado.

FINDINGS

The Commission finds as follows:

1. H.F. Wilcox, as applicant herein, is an interested party in the subject matter of the above-referenced hearing.

2. Due notice of the time, place and purpose of the hearing has been given in all respects as required by law.

3. The Commission has jurisdiction over the subject matter embraced in said Notice, and of the parties interested therein, and jurisdiction to promulgate the hereinafter prescribed order.

4. On February 18, 1977, the Commission issued Order No. 320-1 which established 80-acre drilling and spacing units for the production of oil from the Mississip-pian underlying certain lands in Cheyenne County, Colorado, known as the Broken Bow Field.

5. Subsequent drilling and development in the spaced area has established the limits of the common source of supply of oil in the Mississippian, and in order to promote additional drilling, the following described lands should be deleted from the spaced area of the Broken Bow Field, Cheyenne County, Colorado:

Township 12 South, Range 44 West, 6th P.M. Section 32: All

and said lands be made subject to the general rules and regulations of the Commission.

ORDER

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that the lands as described in Finding 5 herein, are hereby deleted from the spaced area of the Broken Bow Field and are no longer subject to the provisions of Order No. 320-1, and that the lands remaining in the spaced area of the Broken Bow Field, Cheyenne County, Colorado, and subject to the provisions of Order No. 320-1 are described as follows:

Township 13 South, Range 44 West, 6th P.M. Sections 4 thru 9: All

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that the Commission expressly reserves its right, after notice and hearing, to alter, amend or repeal any part of and/or all of the above order.
