CAUSE NO. 30

 

ORDER NO. 30-2        (Emergency)

 

REPORT OF THE COMMISSION

 

By its Order No. 30-1 (Emergency), heretofore and on February 8, 1954, entered in the above-entitled matter, the Oil and Gas Conservation Commission of the State of Colorado, in accordance with the provisions of Section 8 (c) of the Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Act of 1951, as amended, found that an emergency exists requiring immediate action. The Commission, on February 8, 1954, issued Notice of Hearing in said cause setting the same for Tuesday, March 16, 1954, at 10:00 A.M., in the Senate Chambers, State Capitol, Denver, Colorado.

 

FINDINGS

 

The Commission finds as follows:

 

1.   That the Commission has jurisdiction to promulgate the hereinafter prescribed Order.

 

2.   That, in accordance with the provisions of Section 8 (c) of the Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Act of 1951, as amended, an emergency exists requiring immediate action, and that its Order No. 30-1, heretofore issued on February 8, 1954, in the above-entitled matter, should be extended fifteen (15) days commencing March 3, 1954.

 

ORDER

 

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the operators and owners of all wells producing oil or both oil and gas from the "D" and "J" Sands of the Little Beaver Field shall not produce gas from any one well in an amount, during any one month, exceeding a daily average of One Hundred Fifty Thousand (150,000) cubic feet, provided, however, that the provision of this paragraph shall not apply to gas required for lease development or operations, gas used as fuel, gas being sold to a gasoline plant or plants, gas used in gas injection operations and gas required to supply domestic and municipal needs.

 

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this Order shall be effective [sic] fifteen (15) days, commencing March 3, 1954.
