CAUSE NO. 3

 

ORDER NO. 3-32

 

REPORT OF THE COMMISSION

 

This cause came on for hearing before the Commission on October 20, 1959, at 10:00 A.M., in the Game Room of the Albany Hotel, Denver, Colorado, after publication of Notice of Hearing as required by law, on the Commission's own motion, to consider possible extension in the Dakota-Morrison and Fruitland-Pictured Cliffs formations of the Ignacio Field.

 

FINDINGS

 

The Commission finds as follows:

 

1.      That due notice of the time, place and purpose of the hearing has been given in all respects as required by law.

 

2.      That the Commission has jurisdiction over the subject matter embraced in said Notice, and of the parties interested therein, and jurisdiction to promulgate the hereinafter prescribed order.

 

3.      That evidence presented at the hearing indicates that the areas set forth for the Fruitland-Pictured Cliffs formation in Order No. 3-12; for the Dakota-Morrison formation in Order No, 3-13, and for the Mesaverde formation in Order No. 112-1, should be consolidated into one field, and that the field limits for the aforementioned producing horizons should be extended to include all of the area under consideration at said hearing, and that such area should henceforth be known as the Ignacio-Blanco Field, Cause No. 112.     

 

ORDER

 

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that Cause No. 3, Ignacio, Fruitland-Pictured Cliffs and Dakota-Morrison formations, shall be, and it hereby is consolidated with Cause No. 112, Ignacio-Blanco.

 

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that the Commission expressly reserves its right, after notice and hearing, to alter, amend or repeal any and/or all of the above order.
