IN THE MATTER OF THE PROMULGATION AND ESTABLISHMENT OF FIELD RULES TO GOVERN OPERATIONS IN THE BUGLE FIELD ADAMS COUNTY, COLORADO Cause No. 293 Order No. 293-4

REPORT OF THE COMMISSION

This cause came on for hearing before the Commission on May 18, 1976 at 9 A.M., in Room 532, State Services Building, Denver, Colorado, after giving Notice of Hearing as required by law, on the Commission's own motion, as a result of Order No. 293-3 which ordered that a hearing be held at such a time as a gas market is available to determine what field rules, if any, should be established for the production of oil and gas from the Bugle Field, Adams County, Colorado.

FINDINGS

The Commission finds as follows:

1. That due notice of the time, place and purpose of the hearing has been given in all respects as required by law.

2. That the Commission has jurisdiction over the subject matter embraced in said Notice, and of the parties interested therein, and jurisdiction to promulgate the hereinafter prescribed order.

3. That on January 21, 1975, the Commission issued its Order No. 293-2 which established a maximum daily production of gas from wells in the Bugle Field capable of producing both oil and gas from the "D" Sand not to exceed 100, 000 cubic feet. By Order No. 293-3 such limitation was to continue until such time as a gas market becomes available.

4. That a gas processing plant has now been completed and is capable of taking gas from the field; therefore, the limitation on gas production as established by Order No. 293-2 is no longer necessary and the provisions of said order should be rescinded.

ORDER

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that the provisions of Order No. 293-2, limiting production of gas from wells in the Bugle Field, are hereby rescinded.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that the provisions contained in this order shall become effective forthwith.

ORDERED this 18th day of May, 2976.
