IN THE MATTER OF THE PROMULGATION AND ESTABLISHMENT OF FIELD RULES TO GOVERN OPERATIONS IN THE BUGLE FIELD, ADAMS COUNTY, COLORADO Cause No. 293 Order No. 293-3

REPORT OF THE COMMISSION

This cause came on for hearing before the Commission on May 20, 1975 at 9 A.M., in Room 532, State Services Building, Denver, Colorado, as the result of Order No. 293-2 which established production limitations on wells in the Bugle Field, and requested operators to appear at a hearing on May 20, 2975 to present any additional information.

FINDINGS

The Commission finds as follows:

1. That due notice of the time, place, and purpose of the hearing has been given in all respects as required by law,

2. That the Commission has jurisdiction over the subject matter embraced in said Notice, and of the parties interested therein, and jurisdiction to promulgate the hereinafter prescribed order.

3. That on January 21, 1975, the Commission issued its Order No. 293-2 which established a maximum daily production of gas from wells capable of producing both oil and gas from the "D" Sand not to exceed 100, 000 cubic feet. Such limitation is to continue until such time as additional development in the field and/or an available gas market indicate a change is required.

4. That no additional information was available at this time to indicate that a change in the production limitation is necessary and since a gas processing plant will not be completed until August, 1975, the production limitation as established by Order No. 293-2, should be continued until such time as a gas market is available.

ORDER

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that the provisions of Order No. 293-2 shall be continued until such time as a gas market becomes available, at which time a hearing shall be held to determine what field rules, if any, should be established to govern the production of oil and gas from the field.

ORDERED, this 20th day of May, 1975.
