REPORT OF THE COMMISSION

This cause came on for hearing before the Commission on January 17, 1977 at 9 A.M., in Room 110, State Centennial Building, Denver, Colorado, after giving Notice of Hearing as required by law, on the application of E. Doyle Huckabay, Ltd., for an order extending the field limits of the Lone Tree Field, and establishing for the addi-tional area 80-acre drilling and spacing units for the production of oil and associated hydrocarbons from the "J" Sand formation as provided for in Order No. 288-1. The application was amended at the hearing to exclude the E/2 Section 25, Township 3 South, Range 60 West, 6th P.M., from the lands to be added to the spaced area of the Lone Tree Field.

FINDINGS

The Commission finds as follows.

1. That due notice of the time, place, and purpose of the hearing has been given in all respects as required by law.

2. That the Commission has jurisdiction over the subject matter embraced in said Notice, and of the parties interested therein, and jurisdiction to promulgate the hereinafter prescribed order.

3. That on March 19, 1974, the Commission issued its Order No. 288-1 which, among other things, established 80-acre drilling and spacing units for the produc-tion of oil and associated hydrocarbons from the "J" Sand underlying the Lone Tree Field, and the permitted well for each unit to be located in the center of the NE/4 and SW/4 of each quarter section, with a tolerance of 200 feet.

4. That testimony presented at the hearing indicates a common source of supply of oil underlies, in addition to the area set forth in Order No. 288-1 the following described lands in Arapahoe County, Colorado, to-wit: Township 4 South, Range 59 West, 6th P.M. Section 5 E/2, SW/4 and that such area should be made subject to the provisions of Order No. 288-1.

ORDER

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that the area set forth in Finding 4 herein shall be subject to the provisions of Order No. 288-1 and the Lone Tree Field shall henceforth include the following described lands in Adams and Arapahoe Counties, Colorado, to-wit= Adams County Township 3 South, Range 59 West, 6th P.M. Section 19. S/2 Section 31. All Section 29- SW/4, S/2NW/4 Section 32. W/2 Section 30: All Township 3 South, Range 60 West, 6th P.M. Section 36: E/2
