CAUSE NO. 26

ORDER NO. 26-55

REPORT OF THE COMMISSION

This cause came on for hearing before the Commission on April 19, 1966, in Room 132, State Services Building, Denver, Colorado, after publication of Notice of Hearing as required by law, on the Commission’s own motion to consider modification of Order No. 26-25 by the amending of Rule 3 thereof, eliminating quarterly gas-oil ratio tests of all producible wells. Prior to the hearing, correspondence was received from several operators, all of whom concur in the recommendations of the Commission. No objection was presented at the hearing.

FINDINGS

The Commission finds as follows:

1.      Waiver of Service and Waiver of publication of Notice of Hearing was received from all parties subject to the provision of Rule 3, Order No, 26-25

2.      That the Commission has jurisdiction over the subject matter embraced in said Notice, and of the parties interested therein, and jurisdiction to promulgate the hereinafter prescribed order.

3.      That at the present stage of depletion of the "D" Sand reservoir of the Adena Field, quarterly gas-oil ratio tests are no longer required, and that Rule 3 of Order No. 26-25 should be rescinded.

ORDER

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that Rule 3 of Order No. 26-25 is hereby rescinded and the general rules and regulations of the Oil and Gas Conservation Commission and previous orders of the Commission not in conflict herewith shall prevail.

ORDERED this 19th day of April 1965.
