ORDER NO. 26-16

 

REPORT OF THE COMMISSION

 

This cause came on for hearing before the Commission on March 31, 1955, 10:00 a.m., in the Silver Spruce Room of the Shirley Savoy Hotel, Denver, Colorado, after publication of Notice of Hearing as required by law, on the application the Gem Oil Company, et al, for an order from the Commission to extend the area the Adena Field, Morgan County, Colorado.

 

FINDINGS

 

The Commission finds as follows:

 

1.      That due notice of the time, place, and purpose of the hearing has been given in all respects, as required by law.

 

2.      That the Commission has jurisdiction over the subject matter embraced in said Notice, and of the parties interested therein, and jurisdiction to promulgate the hereinafter prescribed order.

 

3.      That the following area was originally included in the Adena-South Field, which area has the same spacing regulations as the Adena Field; that subsequent, additional information indicates this area is a part of the Adena Field and should be deleted from the Adena-South Field and added to the Adena Field, as follows:

 

Township 1 North, Range 58 West, 6th P.M.

Sections 25, 26, and 27

 

Township 1 North, Range 57 West, 6th P.M.

Section 30:  S/2

 

ORDER

 

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that the rules and regulations heretofore established for the Adena and Adena-South Fields shall apply hereafter to the lands above set forth in the Findings, which by reference are made a part hereof, and to those lands set forth in Order No. 26-1 and Order No. 26-2, and the Adena Field shall hereafter be described as follows:

 

West Half (W/2) Section Four (4), all of Sections Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7), and Eight (8), West Half (W/2) Sections Nine (9) and Sixteen (16), all of Sections Seventeen (17), Eighteen (18), Nineteen (19), and Twenty (20), West Half (W/2) Section Twenty-one (21), Northwest Quarter (NW/4) Section Twenty-eight (28), North Half (N/2) Section Twenty-nine and all of Section Thirty (30), Township One (1) North, Range Fifty-seven (57) West of the 6th P.M. and;

 

Sections One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Ten (10), Eleven (11), Twelve (12), Thirteen (13), Fourteen (14), Fifteen (15) Twenty-two (22), Twenty-three (23) Twenty-four (24), Twenty-five (25), Twenty-six (26), and Twenty-seven (27), Township One (1) North, Range Fifty-eight (58) West of the 6th P.M., and

 

West Half (W/2) Sections Twenty-eight (28) and Thirty-three (33), and all of Sections Twenty-nine (29), Thirty (30), Thirty-one (31), and Thirty-two (32), Township Two (2) North, Range Fifty-seven West of the 6th P.M., and

 

Sections Twenty-five (25), Twenty-six (26), Twenty-seven (27), Thirty-four (34), Thirty-five (35), and Thirty-six (36), Township Two (2) North, Range Fifty-eight (58) West of the 6th P.M.;

 

all in Morgan County, Colorado.

 

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that the Commission expressly reserves its right, after notice and hearing, to alter, amend, or repeal any and/or all of the above rules and regulations.
