REPORT OF THE COMMISSION

This cause came on for hearing before the Commission on November 18, 1958, at 10 a.m., in the Game Room of the Albany Hotel, Denver, Colorado, after publication of Notice of' Hearing as required by law, on the Commission's own motion to consider possible changes in field limits for the Bonham Field, Logan County, Colorado.

FINDINGS

The Commission finds as follows:

1.      That due notice of the time, place and purpose of the hearing has been given respects as required by law.

2.      That the Commission has jurisdiction over the subject matter embraced in said Notice, and of the parties interested therein, and jurisdiction to promulgate the hereinafter prescribed order.

3.      That on. November 3, 1953, the Commission issued its Order No. 24-1, in Cause No. 24, Bonham Field, establishing forty-acre drilling and spacing units for the production of oil and gas from the "J" sand, common source of supply, and defining the area to be known as the Bonham Field.

4,      That subsequent development reveals that the N½ N½, SE¼ NW¼, S½ NE¼ E½ SW¼, W½ SE¼ of Section 26; N½ N½, SW¼ NW¼, W½ SW¼ of Section 27; N½ of Section 34, and N½ of Section 35, Township 8 North, Range 55 West, 6th P.M., Logan County, Colorado, should be deleted from the Bonham Field.

ORDER

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that the North Half of the North Half (N½ N½ Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SE¼ NW¼) South Half of the Northeast Quarter (S½ NE¼), East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E½ SW¼); West Half of the Southeast Quarter (W½ SE¼) of Section Twenty-six (26); North Half of the North Half (N½ N½), Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SW¼ NW¼), and West Half of the Southwest Quarter (W½ SW¼) of Section Twenty-seven (27); North Half (N½) of Section Thirty-four (34); and North Half (N½) of Section Thirty-five (35), Township Eight (8) North, Range Fifty-five (55) West, 6th P.M., Logan County, Colorado, is hereby deleted from the Bonham Field, as defined by Order No. 24-1, Cause No. 24, leaving the area of said Bonham Field as follows:

Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SW¼ NW¼), and West Half of the Southwest Quarter (W½ SW¼) of Section Twenty-six (26), and Southeast Quarter (SE¼) South Half of the Northeast Quarter (S½ NE¼) Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SE¼ NE¼), and East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E½ SW¼) of Section Twenty-seven (27), Township Eight (8) North, Range Fifty-five (55) West of the 6th P.M., Logan County, Colorado.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that the Commission expressly reserves its right, after notice and hearing, to alter, amend or repeal any and/or all of the above order.

ORDERED this 18th day of November, 1958.
