FINDINGS

The Commission finds as follows:

1.      That due notice of the time, place, and purpose of the hearing has been given in all respects as required by law.

2.      That the Commission has jurisdiction over the subject matter embraced in said Notice, and of the parties interested therein, and jurisdiction to promulgate the hereinafter prescribed order.

3.      That a protest to the granting of the application was filed and that since, at the time of the hearing, the objections by the protestants were not fully resolved it was felt that the hearing should be continued for thirty (30) days, or the next scheduled meeting, to allow the protestants time to present additional testimony and if in the interim period, the objections to the granting of the application are withdrawn, the Commission should proceed with reaching a decision on the matter.
