CAUSE NO. 204

ORDER NO. 204-2

(Temporary Allowable)

REPORT OF THE COMMISSION

The No. 4-X Funk well located in the center of the NW¼SW¼SE¼ of Section 21, Township 2 North, Range 58 West of the 6th P.M., Morgan County, Colorado, was completed on June 5, 1967, and has been shut in since the date of completion.

The Commission now has before it the issue of appropriate field rules and allowable for the Boxer Field in which this well is located.  During the period that these questions are being considered by the Commission, no production has been allowed from the aforementioned well, and the Commission advises that it would be inequitable to require that said well be shut in pending a decision on field rules and a permanent allowable.

ORDER

NOW, THEREFORE, IN ORDER TO PROTECT THE CORRELATIVE RIGHTS OF THE OWNER OF SAID WELL, AND TO PERMIT SOME PRODUCTION IN THE INTERIM PERIOD, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the aforementioned No. 4-X Funk well, located in the center of the NW¼SW¼SE¼ of Section 21, Township 2 North, Range 58 West of the 6th P.M., Morgan County, Colorado, be allowed temporary production of Seventy-five (75) barrels of oil per day.

It should be emphasized that the above temporary allowable is solely for the purpose of alleviating an inequitable hardship, and does not necessarily indicate a final disposition of the permanent allowable which will eventually be set by the Commission.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the provisions of the above order shall be effective forthwith,

ORDERED this 28th day of June 1967.
