This cause came on for hearing before the Commission on April 18, 1988 at 9:00 a.m. in Room 110, State Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado, after giving Notice of Hearing, as required by law on the Commissions own motion, concerning the violation of Rule 304. of the Rules and Regulations by Gracechurch, Inc.
1. Due notice of the time, place and purpose of the hearing has been given in all respects as required by law.
2. The Commission has jurisdiction over the subject matter embraced in said Notice, and of the parties interested therein, and jurisdiction to promulgate the hereinafter-prescribed order.
3. That Gracechurch, Inc has not posted the required security as of the date of hearing.
4. That Gracechurch being given thirty (30) days from receipt of this order to post the required security as required by Rule 304.
5. That a penalty in the amount of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) be assessed.
NOW THERFORE IT IS ORDERED, that Gracechurch, Inc. post the required security and in accordance with §34-60-121 C.R.S. as amended, is hereby assessed a penalty of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) which shall be remitted to the Oil and Gas Conservation Commission, State of Colorado, within thirty (30) days upon receipt of this order and the matter be continued until compliance by Gracechurch, Inc.
