REPORT OF THE COMMISSION
Pursuant to a hearing before the Oil and Gas Conservation Commission on March 18, 1997, in Suite 801, The Chancery Building, 1120 Lincoln Street, Denver, Colorado, after giving Notice of Hearing, as required by law, the Oil and Gas Conservation Commission revised its Rules and Regulations to amend the third paragraph of Rule 310 to read as follows:
The levy shall be an amount fixed by order of the Commission. The levy amount may, from time to time, be reduced or increased to meet the expenses chargeable against the oil and gas conservation fund. The present charge imposed, as of October 1, 1996, is one and four-tenths mill ($0.0014) per dollar value.
