REPORT OF THE COMMISSION

                        Pursuant to a hearing before the Oil and Gas Conservation Commission on May 16, 1994 at 8:30 a.m. in Room 318, Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street, and on August 22, 1994, in Room 620, State Services Building, 1525 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado, after giving Notice of Hearing, as required by law, the Oil and Gas Conservation Commission revised its Rules and Regulations to adopt new Rule 138, to amend Rule 315, and to add new Rule 315.A.  Said rules should henceforth read as attached Exhibit A.

                        Attached, as Exhibit B, are statements giving the basis and purpose of the revisions and such statements are incorporated herein by reference.

                        DONE AND PERFORMED by the Oil and Gas Conservation Commission of the State of Colorado this 22nd day of August, 1994.
