REPORT OF THE COMMISSION

                        Pursuant to a hearing before the Oil and Gas Conservation Commission on December 20, 1993 in the Boettcher Auditorium, Colorado History Museum, 1300 Broadway, Denver, Colorado, and on January 19, 1994, at 8:30 a.m. in Room 318, Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado, and on April 18, 1994, at 8:30 a.m. in Room 318, Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Coloradoafter giving Notice of Hearing, as required by law, the Oil and Gas Conservation Commission revised its Rules and Regulations to include the below-listed lands under the provisions of the 1000 Series of the Wattenberg Special Area Rules.  Said lands should henceforth read as attached Exhibit A.

                        Attached, as Exhibit B, are statements giving the basis and purpose of the revisions and such statements are incorporated herein by reference.
