                                                              REPORT OF THE COMMISSION

 

                        Pursuant to a hearing before the Oil and Gas Conservation Commission on December 20, 1993, at 8:30 a.m. in Boettcher Auditorium, Colorado History Museum, 1300 Broadway, Denver, Colorado, after giving Notice of Hearing, as required by law, the Oil and Gas Conservation Commission adopted a policy requiring surface casing to be set fifty (50') feet below the base of the Fox Hills Formation and cemented to surface for oil and gas wells drilled in the D-J Basin.

                       

                        DONE AND PERFORMED by the Oil and Gas Conservation Commission of the State of Colorado this    20th     day of       December      , 1993.
