REPORT OF THE COMMISSION
Pursuant to a hearing before the Oil and Gas Conservation Commission on November 15, 1993, at 8:30 a.m. in Room 318, Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado, after giving Notice of Hearing, as required by law, the Oil and Gas Conservation Commission revised its Rules and Regulations in the 300, 500, 600 and 900 Series. The Rules and Regulations were also amended to adopt gender neutral language, to correct typographical errors and rule numbers, and to provide language for the incorporation of references into the Rules and Regulations. In addition, the complete set of Rules and Regulations was adopted to correct publication errors in the Colorado Code of Regulation. Said rules should henceforth read as attached Exhibit A.
Attached, as Exhibit B, are statements giving the basis and purpose of the revisions and such statements are incorporated herein by reference.
