REPORT OF THE COMMISSION

                        Pursuant to a hearing before the Oil and Gas Conservation Commission on August 23, 1993, at 8:30 a.m. in Room 318, Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado, after giving Notice of Hearing, as required by law, the Oil and Gas Conservation Commission revised its Rules and Regulations to adopt the Wattenberg Special Area Rules as the new 1000 Series.  Said rules should henceforth read as attached Exhibit A.

                        Attached, as Exhibit B, are statements giving the basis and purpose of the revisions and such statements are incorporated herein by reference.

                        DONE AND PERFORMED by the Oil and Gas Conservation Commission of the State of Colorado this 30th day of August, 1993.
