IN RULE 308 OF THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE OIL AND GAS CONSERVATION
COMMISSION OF THE STATE OF COLORADO |

REPORT
OF THE COMMISSION
This cause
came on for hearing before the Oil and Gas Conservation Commission of the State
of Colorado on October 19, 1987 at 9:00 a.m. in Room 110, State Centennial
Building, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado after giving Notice of Hearing,
as required by law, on the Commission's own motion to consider a change in the
mill levy charge in Rule 308 of the Rules and Regulations.
The Director reported to the
Commission that based on present production levels and the price of oil and
natural gas, no change in the mill levy was necessary; however,, the matter should be reviewed periodically.
The Commission, therefore,
determined that the mill levy charge of one mill (.001) per dollar value shall remain.
DONE AND PREPARED by the Oil
