REPORT OF COMMISSION

TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS AND TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

Pursuant to a hearing before the Oil and Gas Conservation Commission on May 18, 1987 at 9:00 a.m. in Room 110, State Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado, after giving Notice of Hearing as required by law, the Commission finds it necessary to continue its present Rule 308 of the Rules and Regulations as it pertains to the charge imposed by the mill levy of one-mill ($.001) per dollar value on oil and gas production. The present rule is scheduled to expire June 1, 1987. The Commission considered the projected expenses and administration of the Oil and Gas Conservation Act and anticipated revenues and finds it necessary to continue the mill levy charge of one-mill ($.001) per dollar value.

Present Rule 308 and the mill levy charge of one-mill ($.001) per dollar value shall therefore remain the same.

A Statement of Purpose and Fiscal Impact on file with the Commission are incorporated herein by reference.
