REPORT OF COMMISSION

TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS AND TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

This cause came on for hearing before the Commission on may 18y 1987 at 9:00 a.m. in Room 110, State Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado for an emergency order to extend the present Rule 308 of the Rules and Regulations and the mill levy charge of one mill ($.001).

FINDINGS

The Commission finds as follows:

l. The present Rule 308 and mill levy charge is due to expire on June 1, 1987.

2. Extension of the rule on a permanent basis cannot be effective before July 1. 1987. Therefore the Commission finds it necessary to extend the present rule in the interim period commencing on June 1, 1987.

3. In view of the above, there will be a period of at least 30 days in which the Commission will not have authority to impose the mill levy as stated in Rule 308, therefore an emergency order extending the present rule is necessary. This is in accordance with 24-4-103(6) C.R.S. 1982, as amended.

O R D E R

NOW, THEREFORE IT IS ORDERED that the present Rule 308 of the Rules and Regulations and the mill levy charge of one mill ($.001) shall remain for the interim period of June 1, 1987 to the effective date of the permanent rule.
