ORDER NO. 199-2

 

REPORT OF THE COMMISSION

 

This cause came on for hearing before the Commission on July 20, 1987 at 9:00 AM [sic] in Room 110, State Centennial Bldg., 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado, after giving Notice of Hearing, as required by law, on the Commission's own motion to consider the rescinding of Order No. 199-1.

 

FINDINGS

 

The Commission finds as follows:

 

1.      That due notice of the time, place and purpose of the hearing has been given in all respects as required by law.

 

2.      The Commission has jurisdiction over the subject matter embraced in said Notice, and of the parties interested therein, and jurisdiction to promulgate the hereinafter prescribed order.

 

3.      On July 19, 1966, Order No. 199-1 was issued by which 640-acres, more or less, drilling and spacing units were established for production of gas from the Frontier formation underlying the following described lands in Moffat County, Colorado:

4.      Since only two producing wells have been drilled in the spaced area, of which one has been plugged and abandoned and the other is in a depletion stage and in order to promote further development, Order No. 199-1 is no longer necessary and should be rescinded.

 

ORDER

 

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that Order No. 199-1 is hereby rescinded and the lands described in Finding 3 herein above shall henceforth be subject to the general Rules & Regulations of the Commission.

 

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the above order shall become effective forthwith.
