ORDER NO. 170-5

 

REPORT OF THE COMMISSION

 

This cause came on for hearing before the Commission on April 21, 1970, at 10 a.m., in the P. U. C. Hearing Room, 5th Floor, Columbine Building, 1845 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado, after giving Notice of Hearing as required by law, on the Commission's own motion to consider the rescinding of Order Nos. 170-1, 170-2, 170-3, and 170-4, in the Hunter Field.

 

FINDINGS

 

The Commission finds as follows:

 

1.      That, due notice of the time, place and purpose of the hearing has been given in all respects as required by law.

 

2.      That the Commission has jurisdiction over the subject matter embraced in said Notice, and of the parties interested therein, and jurisdiction to promulgate the hereinafter prescribed order.

 

3.      Since all wells in the spaced area are now plugged and abandoned, and in order to promote future development, Order Nos. 170-1, 170-2, 170-3, and 170-4 in Cause No. 170 are no longer necessary and should be rescinded, and provisions of the Commission's general rules and regulations should prevail.

 

ORDER

 

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED Order Nos. 170-1, 170-2, 170-3, and 170-4 in Cause No. 170 are hereby rescinded, and operations in the area known as the Hunter Field shall be governed by the general rules and regulations of this Commission.
