ORDER NO. 145-4

 

REPORT OF THE COMMISSION

 

This cause came on for hearing before the Commission on October 15, 1968, at 10 a.m., in Conference Room 260, Columbine Building, 1845 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado, after publication of Notice of Hearing as required by law, on the Commission's own motion to consider the vacating of Order Nos. 145-1, 145-2, and 145-3 in the Mantle Field.

 

FINDINGS

 

The Commission finds as follows:

 

1.      That due notice of the time, place and purpose of the hearings has been given in all respects as required by law.

 

2.      That the Commission has jurisdiction over the subject matter embraced in said Notice, and of the parties interested therein, and jurisdiction to promulgate the hereinafter prescribed order.

 

3.      Since the well in drilling and spacing Unit No. 1 was plugged and abandoned and no well was drilled in Unit No. 2, and in order to promote future development, Order Nos. 145-1, 145-2, and 145-3 in Cause No. 145 are no longer necessary and should be vacated, and provisions of the Commission's general rules and regulations should prevail.

 

ORDER

 

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that Order Nos. 145-1, 145-2 and 145-3 in Cause No. 145 are hereby vacated, and operations in the area known as the Mantle Field shall hereafter be governed by the general rules and regulations of this Commission.
