CAUSE NO. 140

ORDER NO. 140-2

REPORT OF THE COMMISSION

This cause came on for hearing before the Commission on December 21, 1971, at 9 a.m., in Room 132, State Services Building, Denver, Colorado, after giving Notice of Hearing as required by law, on the Commission's own motion to consider the rescinding of Order No. 140-1 in Cause No. 140 in the Jasper Field, Weld County, Colorado.

FINDINGS

The Commission finds as follows:

1.      That due notice of the time, place, and purpose of the hearing has been given in all respects as required by law.

2.      That the Commission has jurisdiction over the subject matter embraced in said Notice, and of the parties interested therein, and jurisdiction to promulgate the hereinafter prescribed order.

3.      That since production from the permitted gas well for the drilling unit has become marginal, and in order to promote future development, Order No. 140-1 in Cause No. 140 is no longer necessary and should be rescinded, and the provisions of the Commission's general rules and regulations should prevail.

ORDER

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that Order No. 140-1 in Cause No. 140 is hereby rescinded, and operations in the area known as the Jasper Field shall be governed by the general rules and regulations of this Commission.

ORDERED this 21st day of December 1971.
