REPORT OF THE COMMISSION

2.      The Commission has jurisdiction over the subject matter embraced in said Notice, and of the parties interested therein, and jurisdiction to promulgate the hereinafter prescribed order.

3.      On May 6, 1959, the Commission issued Order No. 129-1 which established 40-acre drilling and spacing units for the production of oil from the "D" Sand underlying the following described lands in the Dike Field, Morgan County, Colorado, to-wit:

Township 5 North, Range 60 West, 6th P.M.

Section 32:  SE¼

Section 33:  SW¼

In addition, a 160-acre drilling and spacing unit was established for the production of gas From the "D" Sand consisting of the SW¼ of said Section 33.  Quarterly gas/oil ratio tests, yearly datum reservoir pressure tests and production data were also required by said Order No. 129-1.
