ORDER NO. 124-6

REPORT OF THE COMMISSION

This cause came on for hearing before the Commission on February 18, 1975 at 9 a.m., in Room 532, State Services Building, Denver, Colorado, after giving Notice of Hearing as required by law, on the Commission's own motion to consider the rescinding of the orders in Cause No. 124 for the Bijou-West Field.

FINDINGS

The Commission finds as follows:

1.      That due notice of the time, place and purpose of the hearing has been given in all respects as required by law.

2.      That the Commission has jurisdiction over the subject matter embraced in said Notice, and of the parties interested therein, and jurisdiction to promulgate the hereinafter prescribed order.

Township 4 North, Range 60 West, 6th P.M.

Section 1:

W½, W½W½SE¼,

Section 12:

4.      That on June 18, 1968, the Commission issued its Order No. 124-5 which approved a Unit Agreement and Unit Operating Agreement for a Unit Area comprising certain lands within the Bijou-West Field described in Finding 3 herein.

5.      Since all wells in the area, as described in Finding 3 herein, are now plugged and abandoned, the Unit Agreement terminated, and in order to promote future development, all orders in Cause No. 124 are no longer necessary and should be vacated and the area governed by the general rules and regulations of the Commission.

ORDER

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that the previous orders in Cause No. 124 for the Bijou-West Field are hereby rescinded, and operations in the area as described in Finding 3 herein shall be governed by the general rules and regulations of the Commission.

ORDERED this 18th day of February, 1975.
