CAUSE NO. 123

ORDER NO. 123-2

REPORT OF THE COMMISSION

This cause came on for hearing before the Commission on October 20, 1970, at 10:00 A.M., in the P.U.C. Hearing Room, 5th Floor, Columbine Building, 1845 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado, after giving Notice of Hearing as required by law, on the Commission's own motion to consider the rescinding of Order No. 123-1, in the Lamb Field.

FINDINGS

The Commission finds as follows:

1.      That due notice of the time, place and purpose of the hearing has been given in all respects as required by law.

2.      That the Commission has jurisdiction over the subject matter embraced in said Notice, and of the parties interested therein, and jurisdiction to promulgate the hereinafter prescribed order.

3.      Since the oil reservoir has been depleted and all wells in the field are now plugged and abandoned with the exception of one gas well, and in order to promote future development, the provisions of Order No. 123-1 are no longer necessary and should be rescinded and the provisions of the general rules and regulations of the Commission prevail.

ORDER

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that Order No. 123-1 in Cause No. 123 is hereby rescinded, and operations in the area known as the Lamb Field shall be governed by the general rules and regulations of this Commission.
