REPORT OF THE COMMISSION

This cause came on for hearing before the Commission on September 20, 1960, at 10:00 a.m., in Room 720 of the State Services Building, Denver, Colorado, after publication of Notice of Hearing as required by law, on the Commission's own motion to consider redefinition of the Bijou Field limits, as maybe indicated by geological and engineering evidence resulting from development which has occurred since the last hearing in Cause No. 116.

4.      That additional development in the Bijou Field indicates that the D-2 sand formation constitutes a common source of supply of oil underlying, in addition to the area set forth in Rule 1 of said Order No. 116-5, the following described lands in Morgan County, Colorado, to-wit:

and that said Rule 1 of Order No. 116-5 should therefore be amended to include the above described lands.
