CAUSE NO. 111

ORDER NO. 111-5

REPORT OF THE COMMISSION

This cause came on for hearing before the Commission on July 16, 1974 at 9 a.m. in Room 132 State Services Building, Denver, Colorado, after giving Notice of Hearing as required by law, on the Commission's own motion to consider the rescinding of Order Nos. 111-2 and 111-3 for the Roggen-Southwest Field.

FINDINGS

The Commission finds as follows:

1.      That due notice of the time, place and purpose of the hearing has been given in all respects as required by law.

2.      That the Commission has jurisdiction over the subject matter embraced in said Notice, and of the parties interested therein, and jurisdiction to promulgate the hereinafter prescribed order.

3.      That the Commission issued its Order No. 111-2 and subsequent Order No. 111-3 which established gas production limitations and testing requirements for wells producing from the "D" Sand in an area in the Roggen-Southwest Field described as follows:

Township 2 North, Range 63 West, 6th P.M.

Section 23:  SE¼

Section 26:  E½

Section 24:  SW¼

Section 35:  E½

Section 25:  W½

Section 36:  W½

4.      That since most of the wells in the area described in Finding 3 herein are now plugged and abandoned, and production from the remaining wells is marginal, the provisions of Order Nos. 111-2 and 111-3 are no longer necessary and should be rescinded.

ORDER

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that Order Nos. 111-2 and 111-3 in Cause No. 111 for the Roggen-Southwest Field, are hereby rescinded, and operations in the area as described in Finding 3 herein, shall be governed by the general rules and regulations of the Commission.

ORDERED this 16th day of July 1974.
