ORDER NO. 107-2

REPORT OF THE COMMISSION

This cause came on for hearing before the Commission on March 19, 1979 at 9:00 a.m., in Room 110, State Centennial Building, Denver, Colorado, after giving Notice of Hearing as required by law, on the Commission's own motion to consider the rescinding of Order Nos. 107-1 for the Knoll Field, Logan County, Colorado.

FINDINGS

The Commission finds as follows:

1.      Due notice of the time, place and purpose of the hearing has been given in all respects as required by law.

2.      The Commission has jurisdiction over the subject matter embraced in said Notice, and of the parties interested therein, and jurisdiction to promulgate the hereinafter prescribed order.

3.      On September 17, 1957, the Commission issued its Order No. 107-1 which established a 240-acre drilling and spacing unit consisting of the SW¼, W½SE¼ Section 35, Township 8 North, Range 51 West, 6th P.M. for the production of gas from the "J" Sand.  In addition, all interests in the unit were pooled for the development of the "J" Sand underlying the unit.
