REPORT OF THE COMMISSION

This cause came on for hearing before the Commission on October 15, 1957, at 10 A.M., in Room 243 State Capitol, Denver, Colorado, after publication of Notice of Hearing as required by law, on the Commission's own motion requesting operators and interested persons to appear and present testimony relating to the deletion of por-tions of the area of the Keota Field.

FINDINGS

The Commission finds as follows:

1. That due notice of the time, place and purpose of the hearing has been given in all respects as required by law.

2. That the Commission has jurisdiction over the subject matter embraced in said Notice, and of the parties interested therein, and jurisdiction to promulgate the hereinafter prescribed order.

3. That on October 29, 1952, the Commission issued its Order No. 10-1 in Cause No. 10, Keota, establishing forty-acre drilling and spacing units for the produc-tion of oil and gas from the "J" sand, common source of supply, and defining the area to be known as the Keota Field.

4. That subsequent development reveals that Sections 3 and 10, and the West Half (W/2) of Sections 5 and 8, Township 9 North, Range 61 West, 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado, should be deleted from the Keota Field.

ORDER

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that Sections Three (3) and Ten (10), and the West Half (W/2) of Sections Five (5) and Eight (8), Township Nine (9) North, Range Sixty-one (61) West, 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado, are hereby deleted from the area described in Order No. 10-1, Cause No. 10, Keota Field, leaving the area of the Keota Field as follows:

Section Four (4), East Half (E/2) of Section Five (5), East Half (E/2)of Section Eight (8), and all of Section Nine (9), ToWnship Nine (9) North, Range Sixty-one (61) West, 6th P.M., Weld Coun-ty, Colorado.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that the Commission expressly reserves its right, after notice and hearing, to alter, amend or repeal any part and/or all of the above order.
