Comments on the Straw Man Document
A narrative "Straw Man" concept of staff recommendations for rule changes was presented to the Stakeholders Group on September 25, 2012. The group was asked to submit their thoughts on the conceptual plan. If you click on the below listed reference you get a pdf copy of the submitted comments that were reviewed and considered in the generation of the first draft of recommended rule changes to be considered by the Commission in November, 2012.
