Response or Details
Reclamation Specialist met with Mr. Debus at the 22AD pad to discuss concerns. I observed tire ruts and standing water in low spots in the reclaimed area with associated lack of growth. Complainant reported that he had been assured low areas would be filled with top soil and seeded prior to this date. While pad is large in size complainant is most concerned about getting a grazing crop planted on reclaimed property prior to winter. I informed Mr. Debus I would contact the operator and encourage them to reclaim impacted area as soon as possible.
