ORDER NO. 190-3

 

REPORT OF THE COMMISSION

 

This cause came on for hearing before the Commission on September 17, 1979 at 9:00 a.m., in Room 110, State Centennial Building, Denver, Colorado, after giving Notice of Hearing as required by law, on the Commission's own motion to consider the rescinding of Order No. 190-1 and 190-2 for the Deer Trail Field, Adams County, Colorado.

 

FINDINGS

 

The Commission finds as follows:

 

1.      Due notice of the time, place and purpose of the hearing has been given in all respects as required by law.

 

2.      The Commission has jurisdiction over the subject matter embraced in said Notice, and of the parties interested therein, and jurisdiction to promulgate the hereinafter prescribed order.

 

3.      On December 14, 1965, the Commission issued Order No. 190-1 which established 640-acre drilling and spacing units for the production of gas and associated hydrocarbons from the "J" Sand underlying the following described lands in Adams County, Colorado, to-wit:

 

Township 2 South, Range 59 West, 6th P.M.

            Sections 18, 19, 30 and 31

 

Township 2 South, Range 60 West, 6th P.M.

            Sections 13, 24, 25, 26 and 36

 

Subsequent Order No. 190-2, issued April 19, 1966 established 640-acre drilling and spacing units for the production of gas and associated hydrocarbons from the "D" Sand underlying the following described lands in Adams County, Colorado, to-wit:

 

Township 2 South, Range 59 West, 6th P.M.

            Sections 18, 19, 20 and 30

 

Township 2 South, Range 60 West, 6th P.M.

            Sections 13, 24, and 25

 

4.      Since all wells in the area described herein have been plugged and abandoned, and in order to promote future development, Order Nos. 190-1 and 190-2 are no longer necessary and should be vacated and the area described in Finding 3 herein, should be governed by the general rules and regulations of the Commission.

 

ORDER

 

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that Order Nos. 190-1 and 190-2 for the Deer Trail Field, Adams County, Colorado, are hereby rescinded and operations in the area, as described in Finding 3 herein, shall be governed by the general rules and regulations of the Commission.
