Establishes 80 acre drilling and spacing units for production of oil from the Sussex formation underlying certain lands in Adams and Weld Counties. Each unit shall be the E2 and W2 or N2 and S2 of each quarter section. Permitted well to be located in the C NW4 and SE4 of each quarter section with 200 foot tolerance, to avoid surface hazards and obstructions. Director may grant exceptions to avoid certain other hazards, provided owners of contiguous and cornering units file a waiver. Pools all interests in the unit described as the W2 W4 Section 8 T1S R67W 6th PM Surrey Field, Adams County, pursuant to provisions of 100 6 4 of the Oil and Gas Conservation Act. Amends previous orders in Causes 250, 262 and 266, and authorizes additional wells to be drilled, completed or re complete, in the Sussex and Shannon formations underlying certain lands in said fields. Said additional wells to be in center of either undrilled 40 acre tract with tolerance as established by previous orders. Downhole commingling or multiple zone completions to be permitted.
