Requires that the daily allowable calculated on a monthly basis for any one well capable of producing from the "J" Sand shall be 100 barrels of oil or MCF of gas, whichever is first produced. Wells which have a gas oil ratio in excess of 1,000 cubic feet per barrel of oil shall be granted an allowable as determined by the following formula: Daily Oil = 100 bbls. x 1,00 cubic feet per barrel Gas oil ratio of well This limitation will be in effect until the expansion of the Peoria Gas Processing Plant is completed and capable of receiving gas from said field. The allowable of any one well or combination of wells on any given lease within a governmental section may be transferred and produced from any other well or combination of wells on that lease within said section, provided the transfer is to a well or wells with lower gas oil ratios. No well shall produce more than twice its daily allowable during a 24 hour period, or not exceeded by more than 10% of the monthly allowable during any one month. Over production shall be made up during the following month, and under production may be made up only during the following month. The daily allowable for March will be determined from the gas oil ratio tests submitted at the hearing. Operators and owners of these wells shall make monthly gas oil ratio tests of each producing well during the first fifteen days of each month, and submit the results of OGCC 9 to the Commission by the 25th of that same month. These tests will be the basis of the allowable for the following month. Operators and owners of these producing wells shall file with the Commission a monthly report of production by wells on OGCC Form 7. Well #2 34 Noonen state, located in the NE4 SW4 Section 34 T3S R59W 6th PM shall be restricted in production to 50% of the daily allowable, until the over production of 3150 barrels of oil is made up. Well #4 3 UPRR Price, located in the NE4 NE4 Section 3 T4S R59W 6th PM shall be restricted in production to 75% of the daily allowable of a well as established by this Order. A hearing shall be held the month preceding the completion of the expansion of the Peoria Gas Processing Plant.   Scanned Images of Hearing DocumentsHearing Files
