Establishes 320 acre drilling and spacing units. No well shall be completed in the spaced area, and no application for permit to drill shall be approved, unless well is located on a designated drilling unit of 320 acres in which unit all interests of owners are consolidated by a pooling agreement or otherwise, and no other well is completed or approved for completion in the same pool. Each drilling unit shall be the E2 and W2 or the N2 and S2 of each full section. Permitted well shall be located no closer than 990 feet from outer boundary of drilling unit. Exception is granted for the #1 Price well located 660 FSL and 660 FWL of Section 14 T4S R60W 6th PM. Extends field limits; additional area to be covered by the provisions of Order 226 2. The Commission may grant exceptions to Rule 2 of Order 226 2 without notice and hearing when necessary to locate a well more than 200 feet tolerance due to a highway, railroad or topographic features, provided owners of the drilling and spacing units file a Waiver of Consent in writing to the Commission. Grants an exception for a well to be drilled 200 feet west of the center of the NW4 and SE4 Section 4 T5S R60W and that it be the permitted well for the drilling unit comprising the W2 SE4 of Section 4; and for a well to be drilled 200 feet west of the center of the SE4 NW4 of said Section 20; however, if wells capable of producing oil and gas from the "J" Sand are completed at the excepted locations, a temporary restriction of 50% of the maximum daily allowable of a well as established by Order 226 9 shall be placed on the production from each said well and that such restriction shall remain in effect until information is available to establish a permanent allowable.  Scanned Images of Hearing DocumentsHearing Files

Emergency Order: Grants temporary relief from production limitations established by Order 226 9 Peoria Field; Order 239 1 Latigo Field; and Order 237 6 Poncho Field, in order to allow operator of the Peoria Gas Processing Plant to load the expanded plant with gas from the above mentioned fields, as well as Hombre and Latigo Fields. A nomination between 8,000 10,000 MCF of gas per day is allocated to the Peoria Field by the plant operator. Such nomination shall be submitted monthly to the Commission in order to determine daily gas allowables per well by formula used in Order 226 9. Approves a fluid injection project for the "J" Sand reservoir of the Peoria "J" Sand Unit Area.
