            On October 28, 2002, Fire Trucks Northwest, Inc. filed with the Commission an application, pursuant to §34-60-118.5, C.R.S., for an order regarding the non-payment by Williams Production RMT of revenue and the failure to issue revenue statements from December 1, 2001 through June 30, 2002 due the Applicant for the below listed wells:

             On November 20, 2002, Fire Trucks Northwest, Inc. filed with the Commission a written request to continue this matter in an attempt to seek a resolution; accordingly the hearing has been continued.

 

            NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Oil and Gas Conservation Commission of the State of Colorado, pursuant to the above, has rescheduled the above-entitled matter for hearing on:
