2000 in Durango. Prehearing conference
was held on April 12, 2000 in Denver.
On April 25, 2000 the Commission issued Order No. 112-156 which approved
the downhole technical portion of this application. Order No. 112-156 has been stayed pending the Public Issues
Hearing.

Comments: Prehearing conference held on March 7,
2000. Continued the matter to allow Mr.
Monahan time to prepare a revised plan for enhanced recovery. A second prehearing conference was held
April 19, 2000. Continued the matter
from the April hearing so the parties could continue to work toward settlement. Due to the Commission’s docket, this matter,
unless settled, is continued to the October Hearing.

additional well to be drilled and completed on each 160-acre drilling and
spacing unit in Sections 5, 6, 7, and NW¼ of Section 8, Township 4 South, Range
101 West, 6th P.M. and Sections 1, 11, 12 and SE¼ of Section 2,
Township 4 South, Range 102 West, 6th P.M. for the production of gas
and associated hydrocarbons from the Morapos-Castlegate Formation, with the
additional well to be located in accordance with Rule 318 of the Colorado Oil
and Gas Conservation Commission Rules and Regulations. In addition, each existing well should be
designated as one of the permitted wells for the spacing unit in which the well
is located.

approval, however due to the existence of a federal unit covering some of the
application lands, the matter has been continued to resolve the overlapping
state spacing order with the federal unit agreement.

additional well to be drilled and completed on each 160-acre drilling and
spacing unit in Sections 5 though 7, Township 4 South, Range 101 West, 6th
P.M. and Sections 1 through 3 and 10 through 15, Township 4 South, Range 102
West, 6th P.M. for the production of gas and associated hydrocarbons
from the Mancos “B” Formation, with any additional well to be located no closer
than 600 feet from the boundary of the quarter section upon which it is located
and no closer than 1200 feet from any other Mancos “B” Formation well in the
same drilling and spacing unit. In
addition, the four wells identified in Order No. 311-4 and Order No. 311-8
should be designated as one of the permitted wells for the spacing unit in
which it is located.
