            Comments: Continued from the January, 2000 hearing.  Letter filed by the Bureau of Land Management requesting a continuance to the June, 2000 hearing.  Request to allow an option well to be drilled and the bottom hole location of the Vastar Southern Ute 33-10, 2101 Well to be heard today if Docket No. 0004-AW-06 is denied.  On January 7, 2000 Vastar filed with the Commission a Motion for Continuance of Hearing and an Amended Protest to Application and Motion to Dismiss.  On March 31, 2000 Vastar filed with the Commission a Motion to Dismiss.  On April 13, 2000 Petrogulf filed with the Commission Petrogulf’s Motion for Issuance of Documents Directed by Subpoena Duces Tecum on Vastar Resources, Inc. and Petrogulf Corporation’s Uncontested Motion for a Ten-day Extension of Time to Respond to Vastar Resource, Inc.’s Motion to Dismiss.  On April 13, 2000 Vastar filed with the Commission a Motion for Bifurcation of Hearing.  All other issues are continued to the July, 2000 hearing.
